Chilcotes Chap "Cole"

Cole is our first male.  He has a good field pedigree with many field champions.  He is around 80 lbs and has an extremely laid back personality.  He follows me everywhere and likes to put his head under my hand to make sure he receives a pet.  He is chocolate and yellow factored and is available for stud.   We received Cole when he was three years old.  He had no obedience training at the time but learned the basics (sit, stay, lay down) very quickly.  He is extremely intelligent and is loved by all the visitors.  (It is very difficult to get a picture of Cole with his ears perked.  Just another characteristic that mimics his laid back personality.  I'm still working on a good picture of Cole but to see him in person is to love him.)  Email if you would like a copy of Cole's Pedigree.

Keepsake Toys R Us  "Jesse"

Jesse is an all English male that we bought from Keepsake Labradors in PA.  He is fairly large for an English in height but has beautiful form.  He weighs around 90lbs. He shows some interest in retrieving so we may try to title him.  Jesse was originally called "Geoffrey" as in the giraffe in the Toy's R Us commercials due to his height but we thought with a new home he will get a new name.  Jess or Jesse is close to his original name and he answers to it well.  Jess is a great new addition here at Takoda Kennels.  He arrived 9/30/07 and immediately got along with all of our dogs, males included.  He is a very happy dog that loves attention.  He has a nice pedigree that will be an asset to our kennel.  Many thanks to Judy from Keepsake labs.  Jesse is available for stud.
